If you’re new to tekniQ we’ve put this outline together to explain to you what usually happens in a session at tekniQ.

WARM UP

This consists of going through our mobility, a quick 3 minute set that gets the body ready for the session ahead, followed by our warm up to really fire up the engines

DEMO & SESSION

Next we move into our session but first we demo what you will be doing, that way you get an idea of what to do and what is coming, our sessions are usually a mix of cardio, strength or boxing and they use different methods but we always focus on technique so you need to pay attention to our demos to mke sure you get the best out of the next 40-50 minutes

HIGH FIVE YOUR MATE

Once the session is over you can expect to high five your mate, team or buddy because we all know you deserve it

COOL DOWN

Then we will cool down and have a stretch and we always end in our breathing at the end, where we remind you to be grateful for completing another session
