+ When does the next block start?

We no longer have blocks, training is now ongoing and it is paid through direct debit which is taken out every fortnight. Check out our timetable to see when our next session is.

+ How much is each session?

You can find out how much sessions are and other payment details on the Payment page.

Payment cost are:

$20 / week for an adult attendance of once a week

$30 / week for an adult attendance of unlimited sessions 2 or more a week

$20 / week as a child from 13 – 19 years old for unlimited training

+ What times can I come and train?

We have different training times throughout the week. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday we train in the evening, each session is an hour and starts at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm. Tuesday and Thursday sessions occur at 9.30am in the morning for an hour (as well as 6am when it is daylight savings). Saturday at 7am in the morning. Check out the timetable for more info.

+ I have kids and they need to come with me, can I bring them?

You sure can! There are plenty of mums that train at tekniQ, and have their kids sitting on the sidelines while they train.

+ I have joined but I need to pause my direct debit, how do I do that?

You will find all details on pausing direct debit here, under Pausing or Cancelling.

+ Where can I find tekniQ?

You will find us at Field One, Greenway Park, near Carnes Hill Shopping Centre. Unless it is raining, then we have an alternative which is communicated to everyone via text.

+ I’m quite unfit, does that matter?

Not a all! We have people of all different fitness levels and ages. You will train in a non—judgmental, motivating and supporting environment. We focus on helping you improve from whatever level you’re at by understand the goals you have for yourself.
