Direct Debit Terms & Conditions

  1. After completing your free trial with us, please fill out the PRE-SCREEN form

  2. After deciding that tekniQ is the right place for you and you have filled out the Pre-Screen form please fill out your direct debit information found on the Session’s Page

  3. Direct Debit will come out each fortnight and any closures of the business will be advised and all payments paused during that time 

  4. Direct Debit can only be paused by you 2 times a year for free, each other time there is a $15 admin fee applicable 

  5. Pausing condition include: 

  • Injury 

  • Illness 

  • Pregnancy or Extended and planned leave / holidays 

You will not be credited or a pause for any other reason unless approved by tekniQ 

CANCELLATIONS of memberships require a 4 week written notice to tekniq@tekniqtraining,com.au and you will be debited up until this cancellation date

6. If you are bringing a new member please ensure you advise us prior to the session. This is due to allowing room in our sessions with equipment and also for safety,

7. Please ensure you have sufficient funds for debiting otherwise there may be a dishonour fee in place

8. Ensure you are on time and ready at training and that you have paid for your sessions – anyone that misses warm up (10 minutes in) will not be allowed to attend the session

9. Please ensure you have filled out our pre-screen, read the terms and condition of being with tekniQ and all of the above relating to direct debit and training attendance.
