KARINA IOGHA

Karina was a client of tekniQ two months after giving birth to her son. She loved the environment, atmosphere and type of training at each session, so while on leave she completed her Certificate 3 in Fitness and my Level 1 Sports Trainers Certificate. 

She has been a PDHPE teacher for 12 years and teaches by the philosophy of “making a change, difference and/or impact to my students’ life”. Coaching at tekniQ has allowed an element of teaching that she brings to the field with the tekniQers.
