HOW DO I GET GREENWAY PARK?
- From Cowpasture Rd turn onto Greenway Drive
- We meet on Field 1
WHAT WILL THE GROUP FITNESS TRAINING INCLUDE?
A mixture of activities held outdoors that include cardio, resistance and fun! All activities will be controlled by clear technique instructions from our trainer. You will receive a fitness test in the first and the 5th week to gauge your fitness improvements.
It is required that you attend a 30 min pre-start session with me for girth measurements, a pre-block questionnaire and an understanding of what you want from your training. We ask you to complete a couple of things so we can get the best out of your training, get you on track and keep you there!
