Much better than bootcamp this is taking personal training outdoors to the people! With a combination of circuits, strength, boxing, speed, agility and obstacle courses. The sessions are designed with specific goals in mind and any fitness level can attend!
FITNESS TEST Conducted at the beginning and end of every block our fitness test are a gauge for those interested in tracking how much stronger, faster and fitter they have become in 5 weeks!
CIRCUITS These sessions consist of various stations that are timed. They are created to keep you interested, your mind active and your body strong. They can include anything from high knees to bicep curls.
STRENGTH These sessions use your body weight, dumbbells and also therabands. Therabands are a resistance band that allows you to use your own body weight for training and strength. Great for all levels of fitness.
CARDIO – SPEED & AGILITY These sessions involve a variety of low to high impact exercises that will increase your heart rate, burn lots of calories and improve your cardiovascular system. Designed for all fitness levels but definitely a challenge you will sweat the whole session through!
BOXING Fun and challenging. Using a variety of combinations, mitt work and circuits this is one session that you will love! Boxing is great for a full body workout, getting rid of stress and building up your strength. |
